Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to create compelling, on-brand visual content across our digital and marketing channels. You will design everything from social media creatives and campaign assets to pitch decks, marketing collateral, and brand materials working closely with the marketing and product teams.

In This Role, You Will

• Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and paid advertising.
• Design brand materials including presentations, brochures, infographics, banners, and event collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual executions.
• Maintain and evolve Creuto brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for social media using After Effects or similar tools.
• Source and edit photography and video assets to produce polished composite designs.
• Stay current on design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning brand, marketing, and digital content.
• Are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign as well as Figma.
• Have a strong visual sense and the ability to create designs that are both beautiful and strategically effective.
• Can produce multiple creative concepts from a brief without needing extensive direction.
• Are fast, organised, and can manage a high volume of requests without compromising on quality.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with motion graphics and video editing using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for designing marketing emails.
Experience working in a startup or digital agency with fast turnarounds.
Experience using AI-powered design tools to speed up creative workflows.
