Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience to own the processes, systems, and infrastructure that keep Creuto running efficiently as we grow. You will work across teams to identify operational bottlenecks, build scalable processes, and ensure the business operates smoothly day to day.

In This Role, You Will

• Own and continuously improve core business processes across product delivery, sales operations, finance, and HR administration.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement systems and automations that reduce manual effort and human error.
• Manage vendor relationships including software subscriptions, service providers, and office operations.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into business health and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and require someone to own the end-to-end process.
• Support HR operations including onboarding logistics, policy documentation, and compliance administration.
• Manage company-wide tools, software licences, and IT procurement in coordination with engineering.
• Take on special projects from leadership that require operational rigour and execution from start to finish.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

• Have 3 to 6 years of operations experience in a tech startup or fast-growth company.
• Are extremely organised and thrive in environments that require you to manage many moving parts simultaneously.
• Are a strong problem solver who identifies root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes.
• Can build processes from scratch, document them clearly, and train others to follow them.
• Are comfortable working across functions and building trust with teams including engineering, sales, and finance.

Bonus If You Have

Experience implementing or managing business tools such as Notion, Jira, Slack, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with financial operations including budgeting, invoice management, and vendor payments.
Knowledge of HR operations including hiring logistics and employee lifecycle administration.
Experience scaling operations from early stage to a team of 50 or more.
