About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to own and scale paid acquisition across our core digital channels. You will manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, optimise for CAC and ROAS, and work closely with the growth and product teams to drive measurable user and revenue growth.

In This Role, You Will

  • Plan, launch, optimise, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage monthly paid budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels and campaigns to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Design and run creative A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve performance.
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and report weekly on performance, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Work with the content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives at speed.
  • Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Oversee tracking and attribution setup including UTM hygiene, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging paid acquisition channels.

You Might Thrive in This Role If You

  • Have 3 to 5 years of performance marketing experience with direct ownership of significant paid budgets.
  • Have a proven track record of improving CAC and ROAS through structured experimentation and optimisation.
  • Are deeply analytical and make decisions based on data, not intuition alone.
  • Are hands-on with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Can collaborate effectively with creative teams to produce ad content quickly and at high volume.

Bonus If You Have

Experience with programmatic advertising platforms or DSPs.
Knowledge of influencer or affiliate marketing as a complement to paid channels.
Familiarity with marketing attribution modelling beyond last-click.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
